Description
NOW Foods Magtein® provides magnesium as magnesium L-threonate, a patented form developed to reach the brain efficiently. The daily dose is split: one capsule in the morning and two in the evening.
Magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Ingredients
Per 3 capsules: Magtein® magnesium L-threonate 2,000 mg, providing magnesium 144 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), rice flour, stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 3 capsules a day in divided doses – 1 in the morning and 2 about two hours before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warnings
Like other magnesium products, it may cause sleepiness or headaches at first – reduce the dose, and consult a doctor if this persists for more than a week. For adults only.
