Description
OstroVit Magnesium Glycinate provides magnesium chelated with the amino acid glycine (magnesium bisglycinate), a form known for being gentle on the stomach.

Ingredients
Per 3 capsules: magnesium bisglycinate 2600 mg, of which magnesium 400 mg (107% NRV).
Other ingredients: inulin, vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
Directions
Adults: 3 capsules a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
