Description

OstroVit Vitamin B Complex provides all eight B vitamins – thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, B6, biotin, folate and B12 – with vitamins C and E, using active forms such as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, L-methylfolate and methylcobalamin.

Thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, biotin and vitamin B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin B12 and vitamin C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Thiamine, niacin, vitamin B6, biotin, vitamin B12 and vitamin C contribute to normal psychological function.

Directions
