Description
Swanson Bacopa Monnieri is a 10:1 whole-herb extract of water hyssop (Bacopa monnieri, Brahmi), a creeping marsh plant revered in Ayurveda. Its characteristic constituents are saponins known as bacosides. Each capsule is equivalent to about 500 mg of dried herb.

Ingredients
Per capsule: Bacopa monnieri 10:1 extract (whole herb) 50 mg.
Other ingredients: rice flour, gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate, stearic acid.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 1–3 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
